At STAG Provisions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and final sale items are ineligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; you will receive a notification once your return has been processed and your refund or exchange is on its way.
